Hi, nice to meet you! I’m Madeline.

Since earning my bachelor's degree in Marketing and Graphic Design from Concordia University-Wisconsin in 2020, I've dedicated my career to enhancing brand presence and consumer engagement within the hospitality and property management industries. At New Land Enterprises, alongside over five years of freelance photography, I've honed my ability to craft visually compelling narratives that resonate with diverse audiences and drive meaningful results.

In my current role as a Content Marketing Specialist at New Land Enterprises in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, I have developed expertise in creating engaging content and implementing effective social media marketing strategies. My contributions to the brand's growth and engagement include curating organic content to build community among residents, generating leads for new construction properties, coordinating influencer partnerships for paid campaigns, and leveraging my photography and videography skills to capture captivating content. Notable projects include producing content for the Artist in Residence program at Ascent MKE and managing the social media accounts for Ascent MKE, NOVA MKE, New Land MKE, the new construction portfolio for New Land Enterprises, and the Shanghai Speakeasy and Pharmacy Bar under the New Land Hospitality division.

My freelance photography portfolio, Madeline Rose Gallery, has allowed me to refine my skills in portrait photography, event coverage, image editing, and photo retouching. This experience has equipped me with a keen eye for visual storytelling and a deep understanding of how to effectively communicate brand messages through imagery.

Prior to my current role, my tenure at Neroli Salon & Spa in the Historic Third Ward provided a strong foundation in team leadership, hospitality, and marketing. As a Team Leader & Marketing/Inventory Coordinator, I demonstrated my ability to lead and motivate a team, manage inventory, and collaborate with the brand manager to develop innovative marketing strategies.

As a creative professional with a deep passion for the arts, I am eager to continue growing my career by gaining valuable experience, serving others, and fostering community through visual storytelling and collaboration.
